We're looking for an Account Manager to join our SME Data Sales team on a 7-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of maternity leave. You'll be working across MoverAlerts (Removals &amp; Self Storage clients) and BuyerAlerts (SME retailers).</div>

<div><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></div>
<div>

<li>Managing and growing a portfolio of around 200 SME clients, as part of a team overseeing approx. 400 active accounts across our MoverAlerts and BuyerAlerts products.</li>
<li>Onboarding new clients and making sure they get the most out of our data solutions.</li>
<li>Spotting opportunities for upsells and cross-sales in a way that feels helpful, not pushy.</li>
<li>Reducing churn – keeping our clients engaged, happy, and renewing their contracts.</li>
<li>Handling client queries and making sure any issues are resolved quickly.</li>
<li>Attending industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings to build and grow relationships.</li>
<li>Working closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to share customer insights and help improve our offering.</li>
<li>Keeping track of client health metrics and proactively reaching out to accounts that need attention.</li>

<strong>Who Are You?</strong></div>

<li>2+ years of account management or customer-facing experience &nbsp;this could come from sales, hospitality, customer service, or similar client-facing work.</li>
<li>Comfortable building relationships with people at all levels, from small business owners to senior stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.</li>
<li>A thoughtful problem-solver who can navigate client concerns calmly and find practical solutions.</li>
<li>A clear communicator across email, phone, and in-person settings.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a bonus, not a requirement.</li>
<li>An interest in the UK property or data sectors is a nice-to-have, but not essential.</li>
<li>Able to commit to the full 7-month contract term.</li>

<div>You'll get holiday entitlement pro-rated for the contract length (based on 25 days plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off), and a comfortable office environment with a nice breakout area and tea/coffee/water provided.</div>

<div>There's a salary of £30,000–£35,000 (pro-rated as applicable) depending on the skills and experience you bring, plus an uncapped commission scheme with an achievable OTE of £11K, again pro-rated for the contract period.</div>

<div>You'll also be working alongside a friendly, down-to-earth team of data specialists, marketers, administrators, finance colleagues, salespeople, and people people, all genuinely good to work with.</div>
